Assemblymember Pamela Hunter Invited CSAS MS Catapult Challenge Winners to her Office

Tuesday, December 27th, 2024: After earning 2nd and 4th place at the MOST Catapult Challenge, a group of talented scholars from Citizenship & Science Academy of Syracuse Middle School had the privilege of visiting Assemblymember Pamela Hunter's office. This exciting opportunity highlighted their hard work, creativity, and achievements in STEM.

During the visit, the scholars shared their experiences from the Catapult Challenge, reflecting on the teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation that led to their success. Assemblymember Hunter engaged the students in a meaningful discussion about her role as a community leader, offering insights into public service and decision-making processes that impact the region.

The students also had the chance to ask thoughtful questions, exploring topics ranging from community leadership to how young people can make a difference. The visit was an inspiring experience for the scholars, encouraging them to connect their academic achievements with real-world impact. CSAS is incredibly proud of these bright, young leaders and looks forward to seeing how they continue to excel and contribute to their community!
