Chocolate Hummus Sparks Culinary Creativity

Citizenship & Science Academy of Syracuse Students Make Chocolate Hummus Snack in the Discovery Kitchen

Friday, April 26th, 2024: Citizenship & Science Academy of Syracuse 4th-grade students made chocolate hummus with a guest speaker from Chartwells, Tammy Pittsley. Atoms learned which ingredients go into traditional hummus and how that food affects people's moods when eaten. Then they made chocolate hummus and dipped it in graham crackers.
